I've seen a lot of guys who are doing the high protein/low or no carb diets similar to mine who take a day to load carbs real heavy. If anyone would be so kind, what benefits does this give you? Also, is this only for specific situations?
I'm trying to lower my body fat percentage and my understanding is that carbs get burned before fat does. Burning the fat is my goal so should I have a carb loading day?
