I heard something today from a guy who I'd say generally has been a good source for me.
Though it is rare and not really in my diet, I occasionally splurge and grab some chicken fingers (fried ones). He told me that frying, as well as microwaving stuff changes the chemical compound of the food and that's very bad for you.
Though I'd miss the occasional chicken fingers, I could deal, but no microwave? He made it send like the end of the world if you used a microwave, is this true?
