    What are some good, EASY everyday foods that are great for you? Just tryin to get my diet in check and take in some ideas...

    Healthy fit for a bodybuilder EASY source of carbs? Fats? Protein?

    oats, whey, brown rice, chicken, fish, lean beef, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, almond butter, evoo, coconut oil, all fruits and veggies
