I drop cals by ~500-600 on rest days. Still enough to help you grow, but not as much as you would need if you were lifting.
how do u guys eat on rest days...... it has always been a topic that bugged me and im not exactly sure how to approach it. It jsut doesnt seem like u should need as much on a day off but at the same time u are recovering so u dont want to skimp..... what is ur take on it? thanks for any input. personally i am trying to bulk up right now
