Hello
I do my homework for my Weights, Cardio, Diet and Supplementation Guide I search, read, research and tested on me for make this program
The diet part has been set the weights and cardio has already done but the supplementation part maybe need some adjust what do you think guys?
Weight Training & Cardio Program:
Monday: 30-45 minutes Weight Training followed by 30 minutes Low-Intensity Cardio
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes Weight Training followed by 30 minutes Low-Intensity Cardio
Wednesday: 15-20 minutes of High-Intensity Cardio on the Elliptical Machine
Thursday: 30-45 minutes Weight Training followed by 30 minutes Low-Intensity Cardio
Friday: 30-45 minutes Weight Training followed by 30 minutes Low-Intensity Cardio
Saturday: 15-20 minutes of High-Intensity Cardio on the Elliptical Machine.
Sunday: Some much needed REST!

Meal 1 (Complex carbs such as oatmeal + protein eggs)
