Anyone used Waxy added to whey protein for a meal?? I plan on having 2 scoops waxy post training and around 50-60 grams of isolate protein..

But on off days i may use this same shake as a meal but cut the waxy to 40 grams instead of 80...

Only use it post workout. There is no need for simple carbs on non workout days. You do not want to end up storing it as fat.
