brown rice for breakfast?

hey all,

would it be just as good as oatmeal, if i had brown rice for breakfast? I love chowing down on brown rice and oatmeal can get alittle old... would brown rice be a bad choice when trying to get ripped up? (currently bulking)
 
no its a great idea, its got low G.I just like oatmeal so technically is like eating oatmeal as far as energy conversion is concerned. bulking or cutting, a low GI carb for breakfast is a great idea. throw a bunch of eggs/whites in there and thats a rockin breakfast
