How many grams of chicken does a person need to eat to get a nice serving of protein?

6 ounces is a good amount. around 40 somthing grams

And most labels list 4oz serving size. Boneless, skinless breast is 110 cals and 22 or 23g protein.

most labels are wrong,
theres a formula ill post up
but most of the time it averages to this
Cooked chopped turkey 9g per ounce
fish and steak 7g per ounce
chicken 8.5g per ounce

it depends on LBM.. 6oz = around 40 g, 8oz= around 50g

well i would have to say those number are some what incoorect in terms of weighing the food.

i had a formula im seaching for that takes the raw weight and cooked weight and comes up with a number to get the amount of protein PER ounce..
i cant find it though im still searching.
