| oh wow, yea, if you have anxiety DTP will mess u up too. i dont have anxiety, never have, but there were 2 days in the month i started to get it, not a good feeling. if you could get 465 at that weight, it would be triple bodyweight. thats about exactly where my grip fails on deads, and i have to use straps. might wana move up only 10lbs/week instead of 20 just so u wont hit a wall as quick. i usually try 5lbs/week when im trying to improve deads and always make sure its only once a week |
