I just started the Anabolic Diet or some similar variation. Today was my first high carb day after 12 days of low carb, high fat. Check out my last three days and tell me what you think and where I can improve!

Essentially ate like this every day for the first 12.

Big salad with chicken breast & oil dressing

TRAIN

Muscle Milk, BCAA’s

Hamburger patty and Small green salad w/ oil dressing





THURS

Protein Shake, fish oil, 5g Glutamine

4 Whole Eggs, 2 Pieces of Bacon, 1 cup Spinach

¼ Pound dark meat chopped chicken and large green salad

Mixed nuts and protein shake, 5 Gram Glutamine

Fat burner and BCAA’s

TRAIN

Steak and Small green salad w/ oil dressing





FRI

Protein Shake, fish oil, 5g Glutamine

4 Whole Eggs, 2 Pieces of Bacon, 1 can low sodium V8

Mixed nuts

2x Steak Bowl from Chipotle w/ only peppers, onion, tomato salsa, guacamole, lettuce, cheese

Protein shake

Power crunch bar

2 Hamburger patty and green salad

Protein Shake, fish oil, 5g Glutamine


SAT (First high carb day)

Protein Shake, fish oil, 5g Glutamine

3 Egg Whites, Bran Muffin, Bowl of Oatmeal w/bananas, applesauce and brown sugar

Power crunch bar

Bowl of high protein peanut butter granola w/ whole, raw milk

Chicken breast, white rice, macaroni and cheese

Popcorn
