Newbie Need Some Help

Okay I've been lifting off and on for about a year and half now and I'm now got the mindset that I want to get serious about this. So if anyone could give me a diet so that I can get "bigger" and "leaner" at the same time it would be greatly appreciated.
 
lol kk capone....yeah I don't feel like paying for advice i could get from members here on the forums.
