Vitamin 1 a day for nutrients?

Hi, I'm a 16 year old. I know us teenagers eat our share of junk food and sometimes never eat at all which is bad. For me, I've eliminated junk food (chips, candy, etc.) and soda out of my diet. I eat meats, greens, eggs, and fish. If I take a pill for vitamins for like say all 100% does that help with my fitness?

Taking a vitamin will help your fitness, your health, your mood, your energy, and make your bodies growth more profitable.

It is seriously the one thing everyone should do today considering all the processed foods, funky chemicals, etc in our diets. Even eating meats and fruits and vegetables, many things today are losing their original nutritional value thanks to the way its processed.

It will help out in many ways, I vote to do it

edit: Side note. Personally I always under dose my sports vitamins a bit(if its 4 caps, I take 3, etc). Just because if you are keeping a decent nutritious diet, I find it unnecessary and possible negative to overdue the vitamins. Personally I cant eat 2 bananas on a lifting day or I lose 50% of my strength...

I'm thinking in investing in Effer-c. If I go with this, I probably shouldn't take the vitamin one a day huh?
