bp numbers, do these look ok?

I've been taking my bp every morning up on rising for the last few days and I'm not sure these numbers are OK, the first number looks good its pretty low but the second number seems high, I'm not familiar with how to read these things... anyhow, I'd like to get some feedback on the meaning of the second number and if its hight as I presume, how can I lower it! Here's the numbers!

    114/76
    116/76
    121/76
    114/81
    110/69

    TIA
