    i like to drink beer and on fridays i will lift in the am and some times drink a few beers at night...does alcohol kill new muscle cell growth??

    alcohol stops testosterone production temporarily, as well as your metabolism.
    For me, the action IS the juice.

    idk that it stops testosterone but it does cause an elevation in estrogen, a decrease in testosterone, and decreases your bodies ability to utilize the testosterone if im not mistaken. Also it does slow down your metabolism, but unless youre drinking excessive amounts on a regular basis i wouldnt sweat it
