Well, where the heck are the other 5 carbohydrates made of or where are they coming from?

could be starches, complex carbs, a lot of things.
List the actual ingredients if you can.

Probably fillers. Who knows nowadays.
they use maltodextrin in many things, that would give you those carbs. Could be the high fructose corn syrup, its not cane sugar so they didnt include it in the sugar count haha(evil food manufacturers)
