    Microwaves

so i cook my sweet potatoes and broccoli in the microwave..

should i stop doing this? Theres plenty of sites around saying how bad microwaves are but i can't seem to find anything backing up all these crazy claims!

If they are fresh or frozen and not canned I think you are ok. I eat byrd's eye steamfresh broccoli in a bag, just plain, and fresh sweet potatoes and nuke them myself. Pretty convienient when spending so much time preparing other food. As far as info on it being bad, I don't know and don't really care.

eya the stuff i read just kept saying "microwave food" and not normal healthy food. seems like it was leaning more to say the processed food was bad for you and not the microwave

Yes I just checked wikipedia. I really haven't heard much in the way of marking the microwave as a machine of mass death.

Fish and steamed food comes out really well in the microwave.
