This recipe is nothing special but can go along way. I usually prepare it and divide it into 3 or 4 meals. Can also be done with lean ground beef.
1 - 1.5 pds of ground turkey
1 Can mixed veges (ex. veg-all)
4 tsp taco seasoning (mild or hot)
Olive oil in a pan and cook ground turkey. Add 4 tsp of taco seasoning or to your liking. Add cut up tomatoes and onions, cook until oonions have browned. Add can of veg-all and enjoy.
I usually eat this with whole wheat tortillas or brown rice. I divide it into 3 or 4 containers and last me all day. Very simple, just an idea if someone needs something new.
