Fluid?

  1. Fluid?

What's a good source of liquid, I quit drinking soda. And I'm getting kind of sick of drinking water, I need something with flavor. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Zach

Those are all excellent choices ^^^^

You also try using a sugar-free, cordial such as crystal light to help take away the bland taste.

I'd love to be in a financially-strong enough situation to give 'drip fed' BCAAs a try.

Do you feel you recover that much better when sipping on it throughout the day MrBigPr?

  9. I feel alot less bloated than drinking water. DOMS is almost non existant. I also am alot leaner. I bought a bunch when the vasocharge deal was going on and sold the vasocharge to my buds for 30 bucks.
