If you like creamy sweet coffee a healthier alternative to cream and sugar is to keep a protein drink RTD in the fridge and use it to sweeten and cream.
Works really well and a lot of flavors to choose from.

Good one mate, I used a similar thing for 'Iced Coffee'.

Just make a fresh espresso, let it cool for a minute and add to a vanilla and chocolate protein powder mix in a blender with ice.

Wonder if I could use whey isolate in a similar fashion, as an alternative to my protein-only meal prior to my morning cardio?
 
Probably would make a good one. Coffee-Protein drink and maybe a Banana for carbs?

The only cardio I can manage in the morning is walking the dog at high speed :) So normally do it fasted after taking my ECA, avoiding the carbs until I get back.

BCAAs would be lovely but they're far too expensive, this seemed like a cheaper option ;)
 
That's awesome!! I am always looking for lights meals ideas. Because of life's schedule, the only time I can lift is when I first wake up. Drinking MRP's for breakfast gets a little old.

I make "cereal" using 1.5 cups of oats and a very cold chocolate MM RTD. Its the easiest way for me to get down oats.
