I find prezel twists to be awesome...specially if I am playing a game or sumtin. And a little bag of em(serving size is 21) is easy to make and keep around. For a single snack a day how bad is this for a diet? I am going to be going into a bulk/recomp. They are sugar free, but have 23g of carbs.
Only bad thing I really see is the 390mg of sodium. But i figure if i rub off some of the salt before eating it it should be fine. I dont like going over 2000mg intentionally(leaving a small gap for unknown intake).
Opinion on the pretzel? I love the lil guys.
