I find prezel twists to be awesome...specially if I am playing a game or sumtin. And a little bag of em(serving size is 21) is easy to make and keep around. For a single snack a day how bad is this for a diet? I am going to be going into a bulk/recomp. They are sugar free, but have 23g of carbs.
Only bad thing I really see is the 390mg of sodium. But i figure if i rub off some of the salt before eating it it should be fine. I dont like going over 2000mg intentionally(leaving a small gap for unknown intake).
Opinion on the pretzel? I love the lil guys.

They certainly aren't the best, but they aren't horrible either, especially if you are having them post workout. If you're main concern is the salt, you can get pretzels that are low sodium.
