just found this calculator online for calories needed to lose bodyfat. I like counting calories for my diet, it seems like something I can stick to IMO the best diet is the one you can stick to. Anyways do these numbers seem right to you guys? I'm currently cutting up before a recomp cycle so I can get the most out of it (trying to get bf% down to 11%ish before i start currently at 15%)
