what is everybodies take on cheese?
    I have heard both sides that it is the worst junk food and also that its a staple to many people diets


  2. Like anything else, it's fine in moderation. And often delicious.

  3. Most cheese is high in saturated fat, which helps with test levels. Just don't eat a whole wheel of it.

  5. If you're trying to lose fat, I think cheese is best left out of your diet...
