Should I avoid foods cooked with vegetable (soybean) oil?

I noticed that vegetable oil is really rebranded soybean oil, and since most people recommend avoiding soy protein, wouldn't it make sense to avoid all foods that contain vegetable oil?

I don't mean avoiding it because of the large percentage of Omega-6 fats, but instead because of the phytoestrogens in soybeans.

I don't avoid soy protien. It's not a large portion of my diet by any means, but I do eat some. As far as oil goes, I prefer olive oil anyways.

I do all my cooking with Coconut Oil. I don't think the amount of phytoestrogens in the oil is very high, and the literature is still kind of fuzzy about the effect of soy on testosterone IMO.

No need to avoid soy. A little bit of soy isn't going to make that much of a difference.
