i way 165 and need to start eating rite...


Meal 1
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal


Meal 2
Lean Ground Beef, ? cup swiss cheese, green veggies


Meal 3
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

Meal 4
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

Workout

Meal 5-PWO
2 Scoops whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose


Meal 6
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ? cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

Meal 7
Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter


Meal 8
3 Scoops of whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil


will this bulk me up?? and the cal. intake iz around 3500...

thats roughly 250 grams of carbs, i dont count veggies. they take as mch calories to digest as whats in them. but at 165 lbs thats prob a good amount of carbs.

the diet looks tight. try it out for a month or so and go by ur results.

oh i just read the cal intake 3500 will def bulk u up at ur weight. id say move some of the fat into breakfast. breakfast is def a meal where u want it balanced with fat carbs and protien.

thats just my 2 cents

As unfun as this is going to sound...

Calories In > Calories Out.

If you wanna be sure about your bulk then do some diet analysis for a couple of days and work from there to see how much you should up your intake.

i agree. But eating that much and still keeping it "clean" is hard to do. I dunno....... i just work alot and got a kid, so i eat when i can.

That is not too bad of a load for bulk. He can do it.
