thats roughly 250 grams of carbs, i dont count veggies. they take as mch calories to digest as whats in them. but at 165 lbs thats prob a good amount of carbs.
the diet looks tight. try it out for a month or so and go by ur results.
oh i just read the cal intake 3500 will def bulk u up at ur weight. id say move some of the fat into breakfast. breakfast is def a meal where u want it balanced with fat carbs and protien.
