Organic wild rice pasta:review
I bought some Rizopia wild rice pasta today and thought I would review it for all. The facts according to the label; Rizopia Organic wild rice pasta (I got penne this time) is gluten-free, wheat-free,egg-free,sodium-free,cholesterol-free,fat-free,certified Kosher and organic(USDA,OCIA,COR-602).
The ingredients include: Certified organic wild rice, certified organic brown rice and water.
The Nutrition facts are: Per 1 cup (2oz./56g)

The taste? Pretty damn good. Thinner than regular penne, and a little softer, but the pasta absorbs flavor quite well and tastes great with a simple Italian sauce. It stays al dente for the most part as well.I would definitely recommend this.
