    Arrow The 6 shake diet Fast Cutting?


    OK first of all let me start by saying that i cannot diet!! Period. My mum buys too much junk and also the good food is fed at the worst time like 10:00pm at night.

    I need to cut up. I am 94 kilos, about 14 - 15% Bodyfat(i have a bit of a stomach). I can bulk real easily. My torso grows fast except my arms grow last which is annoying.

    I have tried thinking of a way to diet six meals well sort of meals a day, while keeping the meals lean whit protien. So i figured it out. My protien shake. Instead of eating food ill just have my shakes and drink water. Spread out throughout the day it will look like this:

    10:00am - Shake + Multivitamin

    12:30pm - Shake

    3:00pm - Shake

    5:00pm(Pre workout) - Shake

    7:00pm(Immediately post workout) - Shake

    9:30(Before bed) - Shake


    Now in total all shakes equal up to a days consumption of:

    1026 Calories

    6.6g Fat

    51.6g Carbs

    183g Protein


    Now i know what your all saying. You cant do that you need proper food and what not so first of all i want to ask these questions:

    1. Will it work
    2. What are the risks
    3. What are the benifits

    My workout will be as so:

    Mon - Full Body + 20mins cardio

    Tues - 30mins Cardio

    Wed - Full Body + 20mins cardio

    Thur - 30 mins Cardio

    Fri - Full Body + 20mins cardio

    Sat - Off or Cardio

    Sun - Off or Cardio

    You need much more fat. Period. You WILL feel terrible without it. Other than that, its pretty much the velocity diet. Your shakes should be at least a mix of casein and whey or ideally micellar casein and whey.

    Also, take it easy on the cardio, you'll burn muscle. The diet is drastic enough that fasted walks in the morning should be enough "cardio" for you.

    Thanks for keeping an open mind wearedbleedblue. How bout if i add a tbs of flaxeed oil with 3 of the meals?

    So im a little confused, What exactly do you want, bulk or cut or both because if your prone to gaining fat easily i would bulk and then cut, makes it easier? Also that training schedule makes me want to cry. And ya definately need some more fats. I would suggest buying some power bars ( some cheap ones ) for an extra snack and not some **** like nutragrain bars, assorted nut mix is a good snack, and even mixing 2 or 3 tbsp's of some Peanut butter in with your protein shakes(natural PB).

    You're never going to feel full. You should get some ground flax meal and take a few servings of that each day, maybe a TBSP with every shake. Will also help slow down the digestion, add some fiber and some good fat. If you're 94kg you're also going to need much more calories. Shoot for 1500-1600 on days you don't workout and give yourself another 350-400 for a post workout shake with 50-60g carbs on days you do. The 3 days a week workouts for full body seem ok. Just please drop the cardio. Like I said before, if you really feel the need, get up a little earlier and go for a brisk walk right when you wake up.

    So no cardio. Thats cool cause i hate cardio anyway. What if i add 1 tbs of flaxeed oil with three shakes and 1 tbs of penut butter with the other three? Also what if i take igf2 also. Because igf2 makes me loose weight and gives me a test boost

    Then you're going to have a different macro ratio/amount. It's not that hard to figure out

    This is the V-diet, btw. If you do decide to go for it, you have to watch out for your body going into "starvation mode". Keep leptin levels somewhat in check by having a refeed meal or even day once a week. Add flax seeds instead of flax seed oil, as those have fiber (how else you gonna take ****s dude?)

    Anyway, google "Velocity Diet" and follow the instructions in t-nation. I believe they just got an updated one, "3.0" or some crap..

    so i'm going to say "its not going to work". Not because this won't cause you to loose weight, but because you can't do this long term without killing yourself yet a soon as you stop you plant to go back to

    So then you'll just tack on the fat again. You need to just learn to control the diet even if it takes longer.
