is there a calculator somewhere that could give me a rough estimate of my mainenance calories? I read a lot of places multiply my weight by 12 or 14 and thats my maintenance but Im not sure if thats a good rough estimate.. Im 5'6 177 pounds and I lift weights and do a little cardio 4-5 days a week for at least 1 hour every time...I actually gained a pound on my mmv2 cycle which now Im off of and I didnt change my diet too much but now Id like to buckle down and start cutting a bit for the upcoming summer..slow and steady poundage loss
