Does anyone know the best way to heal damaged muscles?? I've been taking plenty of protein and taking the good ol vitamins but if anyone knows of a vitamin or supplement they could reccomend for my little predicament that'd be great...
well at first they thought i had a fracture but a week later nothing showed up on the xray so they just said it was probably just a deep tissue bruise or a torn muscle so i havent exactly been diagnosed yet...
