1. Foods

    When you are trying to tone up and cut a few pounds. What would you recommend food wise that can help you get enough nutrition into your body? Since Im a college student, money can be at time thin, so quick foods or anything in general would be great.

  4. eat lots of veggies. i personally like the stirfry, its quick and easy with the addition of olive oil gives you a dose of healthy fats. also helps reduce water retention, flushes out your intestines(fiber) and lowers estrogen. veggies are extremly cheap also, as i am also a poor college student
