So if this isnt the correct place for this thread, let me know and move it:)

Without any more waiting, below are my blood work results. While I have a fairly basic understanding of what I am looking at, any further insight, opinions, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

This was 12 hrs fasted, very little water (which may be the reason for my elevated BUN, but oh well) -

I will be following up with my doctor, and I KNOW he will be talking to me about the protein shakes, creatine, etc. and all the other supplements I told him i was taking and will use the BUN for leverage on why I shouldnt take them.

Either way, i wanted to see if anyone sees anything in particular I should bring to his attention -

BUN can be elevated by eating lots of protein. And as far as I know there's nothing harmful about that? I've always loved meat even before I lifted and my BUN has always been high but the doctors have told me "you probably just eat a lot of meat, nothing to worry about"

i was able to confirm that with my doc's nurse -

I guess overall i am pleased with my blood results -

what I am interested in learning more about is my total and free test -

does my free test seem a little low (it does to me, but i dont have much to compare it to since it was my first test) ?

Not many guys that post their bloodwork up on the site have the highest T levels. I have heard alot in the media how men's T levels are lower than they used to be, atleast you're midrange. Don't worry about the BUN; it was a hydration thing plus a bit from the protein. If he gives you heck, tell him you will redo the test and drink more water.

They need to test for vitamin D levels as well. Not bad but if your taking vitamins and aminos you should be in the upper limits of normal.
