Ive normally been on a ketogenic bulk but changed starting today cause i wasnt having the best success. i added like 20 carbs from an apple today and had 40g of carbs post workout and ive eaten tons of protien and veggies from that point on today. Now i probably havnt had any more calories than i would on the high fat diet but my weight is up a few extra pounds and im a bit bloated. Is this normal or is this a bad sign?
