I'm following a new diet that was in muscle and fitness and for breakfast it says 3 egg whites 3 whole eggs and 2 cups of oatmeal. now i just made 2 cups of quaker old fashioned oats and its like enough to feed 8 people. is this too much or am i dumb and is there a difference between oatmeal and oats? because theres no possible way i can eat that much

Don't cook them if you can't eat that much. Blend them up in a shake.

Also, that measurement is for two cups COOKED. Figure out how many UNCOOKED oats it takes to make 2 cups COOKED. Then blend em in with some protein/skim milk IMO.

i looked around online and found that 1 cup dry equals 2 cups cooked(i don't know if it's true), which i could handle. but it just says 2 cups oatmeal so i guess they mean cooked

Yep! It's the same as rice.
