I'm looking to gain weight, but cut as much fat as possible.

I've ran Spawn, twice over the past 8 months, (on day ten currently from the second time) and have currently gained 32 lbs and visible body fat (stomach area) has decreased. It took me a long time to really increase my appitite and now I want to clean it up, alot.

I now this is a very general question, but some starting points for me to begin researching would be great.
