Humour me here
I am not going to be able to train over the next couple of days and so I elected to weight train twice today, something I don't usually do (or if I do the second session is very low intensity).
Most days I do about 60-90 minutes of cardio in the AM around 70-85% max HR and then weights in the evening. Today I did a chest/tricep workout in the morning and a leg workout at night. Chest/tricep took roughly 60 minutes while legs took maybe 75.
What I am asking is what my calorie intake should be relative to a normal day where I am doing AM cardio and PM weights... increased protein but similar cals or what?
Thanks
