Most of the time it is Skippy Natty PB. Love the stuff. Last night I tried cottage cheese.

Smuckers sugar free grape jam is good for PB sammiches before bed.

Beef Jerky / Meat Sticks are the bomb for me. I just love them before night time. Eat them along with some protein shake + fiber and sleep like a baby.

It used to be a protein shake or a meal. But if i went to bed while i had a full belly it would affect my sleep slightly. I like to leave a good 2/3 hours after eating before going to bed. I sleep a lot better then.

About half an hour before bed i'll have a scoop of orange and raspberry Bullet Proof with some lovely cold water

Do you just eat the oil by itself? What does it taste like?

I'll either toss it in my shake since eating it plain is kind of bland. Even if you melt it,it still turns into a solid but it's kind of like a treat at the bottom. It actually tastes like butter with a slight coconut flavor. I like it a lot.
