1 - What kind of diet do do you think is the best for this???
I've tried many different ways, and i feel eating 500 calories under what your trully need for 2 days, and then carbing up every 3rd with 500 extra is the best way to go...... Anyone else have any ideas???
2 - What do u think would be the best Fat Burner / Fat Loss OTC ???
The reason i ask is because im taking Clen later on in my cycle and im curious...to what are the best OTC options..????
