I eat this every morning and am friggen hooked on it! I've broken down the macros. My Stats are as follows:

Height: 6'8"
Weight: 245lbs

Yes good breakfast
i have oatmeal made part milk part water .i usually cut up a banana or bluberries and grapes .I add wheatgerm and cinnamon In addition i add one teaspoon of leucine about 5 gms, about 3 gms of taurine, 3 gms of AAKG, approx 1 gm of NAC, 1GM of acetyl l carnitine and about 30gms of a protein blend

This is then followed by poached egg on toast with grilled mushroom and tomatoes.
---and a cup of good old english tea
When i wake up im hungry!!

Looks very healthy :thumbsup: Do you use Cinnamon Bun protein to go with the cinnamon?

Haha damn straight! ATW Cinnamon Bun and oatmeal go together like Peanut Butter and Jelly. :thumbsup:

The oats would way over power the flavor of the cinnamon bun protein.

Nope 2 Scoops of the protein provide more than ample sweetness. And the cinnamon provides a flavor that ordinary vanilla protein just can't match
