    im 16 i weigh 154 im 5 feet 11 inches been working out almost 2 years and no excessive gains like i gain weigh periodically but you cant tell im pretty skinnny i understand i need to up how much protein and carbs i take in

    my normal diet is i usually eat a bowl of protein cereal with orange juice for breakfast crap school lunch then snacks including fiber cookies and yogurts and usually a meat filled big dinner and orange juice before bed

    any suggestions on what to change?

    i really wanna get bigger and more cut
