What is everybody's take on during workout shakes and during shakes to aid in mass growth? Opinions, experience...comments and complaints? :blink:
 
It hasn't been around extremely long and could possibly be a good idea..
I think I'm just going to stick with my water though.

BUT, if I were to have a during workout drink it would consist of..
30g WMS
25g Hydro whey
10g BCAA's
10g EAA's
5g BA
5g Creatine

I might try this out and log it later on this year..
