    What is everybody's take on during workout shakes and during shakes to aid in mass growth? Opinions, experience...comments and complaints?

  2. It hasn't been around extremely long and could possibly be a good idea..
    I think I'm just going to stick with my water though.

    BUT, if I were to have a during workout drink it would consist of..
    30g WMS
    25g Hydro whey
    10g BCAA's
    10g EAA's
    5g BA
    5g Creatine

    I might try this out and log it later on this year..
