Hey all,

Just curious, what is on everyone's Anabolic Diet grocery list?

Mine is full of:
80/20 ground beef
frozen angus burgers
pepperoni
cheese
sausage
bacon
eggs
steak

What is your typical grocery list while on AD?

Boneless pork for carnitas (soo cheap, 1.99/lb)
Spicy sausage
Fresh green beans
Soy sauce
Garlic powder
Chicken thighs
Extra sharp cheddar (and various other cheeses)
Pesto
Olive Tapenade
Yogurt (greek style!)
Olive oil
Smart balance oil (piss-load of omega 3s)

3 Dozen eggs
Frozen fish fillets (Salmon, Ocean perch, Tilapia, Catfish.... I mix it up)
Milled Flax seed
2 pints Half&Half
Canned Tuna
Smoked String cheese (good stuff)
Cheese Curds (live in wisconsin, it's just a given)
Frozen chicken breasts
Bacon and breakfast sausages
Summer sausage
Pepperoni
Chorizo
Walnuts or Pecans
Natty PB
Sometimes I treat myself to some pork tenderloin, chicken thighs, fresh salmon or some other fresh meat, but I'm broke as hell.

I don't always buy all of that, but that's usually all that I ever get. I have an abundance of Venison, fish and Ground beef in my freezer that are all free, so that helps.

3 dozen eggs
aged cheddar
8 litre milk
oats
wheat germ
chicken breast
extra lean ground beef
pork
sirloin steak
natural pb
almond butter
olive oil
rice cakes
brown rice
sweet taters
atlantic salmon fillet slab

80/20
Round Roast
Eggs
Salmon
Tuna
Heavy Cream <-- My favorite part of the diet
Munster Cheese
Sesame Oil
Flax Seeds
Broccoli
Unsweetened Kool Aid (make with sucralose)
I usually get one kind of oil a week, whether its sesame, olive, almond, peanut, or grapeseed. This way I usually have some of each oil and just refill as needed.

DUDE load up on the cheese.. throw that on everything... and grab those string cheeses for on the go... mmm melted mozzerla\also i love the ground turkey meat... and delicious lunch meats
lots of hot sauce(no carb... franks and loiusianna are amazing)
