BCAA's/Protein and kidney health
The traditional nutrition is to have a meal every hour and a half 2 hours and end up eating 8,9 meals a day. New studies are saying it's better to take in meals 4-5 hours apart and to take BCAA's in between...would there be any risk for kidney danger for doing this?
