Bone density question
I'm 23 and feel like I have fragile bones, I hate to drink milk and probably haven't any for years. Is it too late at this age to do anything to increase bone density by taking large doses of Calcium?? If no then how long and at what dose would I see some benefits.
Appreciate the help guys. - 11-26-2008, 03:16 AM
Until you get checked out by a doctor, I don't think we could accurately tell you if its to late, but I would start drinking milk at least once a day, and also dose calcium in higher amounts.
