Ive been informed that I should have about 20 g carbs and 50g protein per meal, I just dont know how much that is, can anyone help me out??

That's about 100g of chicken tits and 100grams of rice....approximately, I just ran over my diet with a trainer today, do a search on nutrition value in google.
I myself usually hit for more than 20g carbs a meal. prob more 40 and protein 50ish

i recently did a show and now im bulking and my breakdowns are rougly 50 grams of protein
20 grams of fat
50 grams of carbs
remember these are only approximate and can be tweaked cause that will give about 3,000 calories at 5 or 6 meals a day
Depends on how many g's you need a day.
