coconut cream = coconut oil?

I think they are essentially have the "same" health benfits, right?

Coconut cream is delicious! I mix it with soya bean milk and the taste is amazing. Makes my protein powder taste better too,

Coconut cream is an emulsion of coconut oil and coconut 'juice'.Coconut cream is about 60% fat,so obviously not the same oil content as pure coconut oil.
