Just a basic diet to get me started after a three month break! No major plans with this but maybe a slow clean bulk. Tell me what you think.. Here are my stats.

Male-Twenty's
6'
200lbs
14-16%BF

DIET PLAN:

-Meal One:
2 Scoops Matt's Mix(My own protein complex with whey & casein)
1 Cup Oatmeal

-Meal Two:
6oz Chicken
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1 Cup Spinach

-Meal Three:
6oz Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1 Cup Broccali

-Meal Four: PRE W/O
6oz Chicken
Toasted Multi Grain Bread
Cheese
Marrinara Sauce

-Meal Five: POST W/0
2 Scoops ON 100% Whey
????

-Meal Six:
6oz W/e Meat My Mom Makes
Medium Salad
Few Almonds

-Meal Seven:
1 Scoop ON 100% Casein
1 Scoop Matt's Mix

SUPPLEMENTS:
EAS 100% Whey
ON 100% Whey
ON 100% Casein
ON BCAA Caps 1000
Prolab Creatine
Fish Oils
Multi Vitamin

Looks pretty solid mate. I would add some healthy fats in (unsaturated) because it seems that what you have so far is sort of low, and the fat included from ground beef and and cheese is usually high in saturated fat.

Good unsaturated fats: avocados, most nuts, olive oil, peanut butter.

What are the macros of that diet? How many calories?

Hey guys thanks for the solid feed back! I will for sure get some dextrose Post W/O. And ill add some nuts to my daily diet. And some healthy oils as well :)

My macros came to about 3200cals, 69g Fat, 255g Carbs, 360g Protein

This might be a little off but im not starting this untill everything is down to the T. I want no mistakes lol...
