a little help with carbs

I have been carbing up for a few months and have made some solid gains, but am putting on some water way which is obviously going to happen. I was thinking about dropping around 50 to 100 g carbs for the next couple weeks to lose some water then stay there for a month or so and carb back up . Is this a good idea? I am currently getting between 350 and 400 g carbs a day Thanks

When people talk about "Carbing Up" Its usally because they're running a Keto, Carb Cycling, or before a competition. What I think you mean is you on a high carb diet, which doesn't seem to high for a 200 lb guy... 400g's of carbs. If your looking to trim down a little try keeping you carbs to first think in the morning and pre/post workout.

Yo tdog bout 4 to 5 months if thats wat you mean by the ? I think i have gotten to the point where if i just keep increasing carb intake im going to put on more water and some fat so my plan was to drop 50 to 100 a week for 3 weeks stay there till i shed some water then increase carbs again to keep gaining
