I just had a quick question about the nutrient quality for a few food products. Does anyone know how the following items compare with there more traditional counterpart:

Oat flour (rather than steel cut oats, quick oats, etc)

Powdered egg whites (compared to...um, egg whites, beaters, etc.)

Any freeze dried fruits.

I was thinking that a morning shake with vanilla whey, oat flour, powdered egg whites, and some freeze dried raspberries would mix real well. I just don't know if the nutrients are still intact in that form. Any advice would be great.

Oh, and the reason I'm looking at the powdered eggs is because there easier to store and buy in bulk and cost much less than egg beaters.
