I can drink this one every morning, it's so good!
1 cup of oats
2 scoops of whey
1 banana
1 tsp of pb
ice and water, maybe a little milk
Blend it all up and enjoy. Tastes awesome! I have a coffee bean grinder that I put the oats in first that grinds it up into a powder, makes the oats a lot easier to drink. It may take a few times to get the right consistency but once you do you will love it.
