Delaying Consumption in the Morning -- Big Problem?

I HATE eating in the morning. For some reason, I like to wait up to two hours before eating if I can.

If I wake up at 8am, I have to force myself to eat at 9am.

So, is it really bad to delay eating breakfast?

Also, I drink a ton of coffee... my one addiction.

I highly doubt it will be the end for you jsut because yo don't get an early breakfast in. If you still get the calories you need in during the day.
You might try adding a small healthy something in when you wake up, not a full blown breakfast but something to stimulate eating and get your body away from starvation mode.

What time does work start for you? I ask this because if you ever happen to want ot cut down you will love fasted cardio hehe.

Is it possible that the coffee is taking away your want to eat? The higher I dose caffeine the less I feel the need to eat then when I do get that need is hits rather strongly.

Yea, coffee certainly adds to it.

I'd like to get in a shake with natty pb and some oats, but I just can't stomach it early.

Thanks for the link, but I don't think IF is for me. I've read up about it before, but I couldn't handle it.

Although, I get ravenous 3 or 4 hours after waking up (usually around 11am).

Try eating something like a banana and a whey shake. That'll leave you hungry in a few hours.
I also am rarely hungry in the morning so I usually blend my breakfast. Drinking it is a lot easier than eating something.
Something like...
3 Eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 banana
1 cup milk
1 scoop whey
