Wouldn't tylenol be a bad idea after running H-drol as its mainly acetaminophen which is terrible for your liver without it being already compromised by a ph.

I'm finding a great combination is 6-9mg of melatonin stacked with 1500 mg of L-Tryptophan from NP and 1-2 doses of Poseidon an hour before bed. I have never slept so hard in my life, lol.

Check out Somnidren GH. Great for getting you the rest you need while supporting a healthy increase of GH release.
Taking melatonin is actually a very poor idea as a stand alone if you've read articles on it. If you haven't already gone that route...you'll do your body a lot of good by not going that route.

If Tylenol PM contains aspirin, then forget it. Pick up some ZMA, or something like Somnidren-GH by MST or Scivation's Knockout.

I have been taking 300mcg of melatonin with warm milk and trying to go to bed at the same time every night. It really seems to be working.

working out hard should make you pretty tired + eating less carbs at night. I know that when I work out I have no problem falling asleep.
